Position: Lead Assistant Coach
Description:
The Hampton Hall Waves swim team is located in Brookhaven and has approximately 130 swimmers (ages 4-18). Our season runs from April 28 until June 30.
We seek a lead assistant coach to work with our head coach, assistant coaches, and junior coaches and offer a flexible schedule.
The Waves hope all swimmers will have fun while learning new strokes, improving existing ones, and competing as part of the team. Additionally, we have several social events are planned—team spirit dinners, teen nights, the always popular Parents’ Night Out, and “late night” practices.
Coaching candidates should have a competative swimming background, excellent communication skills, and be able to work with swimmers ages 4-18.
