Position: Head Coach
Description:
OurHead Swim Coach responsibilities include:
– Maintaining current lifeguard certification;
– Attending and running all swim practices (mornings, 2 afternoons, and meets), which included maintaining an in-water presence as appropriate;
– Instructing swimmers to improve stroke techniques and speed;
– Supervising all assistant coaches;
– Attending and managing all swim meets, including ASA DIvisinal and ASA Championships;
– Attending the Hy-Tek training in Atlanta held by ASA;
– Communicating with the swim team coordinators on all needs and concerns
We are a fun team of about 100 swimmers located in Dunwoody, GA. We are looking for someone with a fun and hard working personality, that likes to work with a group. Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous Lead Coach experience.
