The Atlanta Athletic Club is seeking extroverted Seasonal Assistant Swim Coaches to join our Aquatics team.  The Assistant Coach will report to the Head Coach and the Aquatics Program Manager.  The position will officially start May 4  and go through June 28 *(Some preseason duties may apply)*.  The position will compensate coaches with bi-weekly paychecks as well as compensation for swim lessons 65% of all instructional income.

Practice 

Be present at all daily practices and weekly swim meets

Arrive to all practices 15 minutes early to put ropes in

Be prepared to swim with the team everyday

Provide a positive learning environment by being enthusiastic

Be prepared to coach afternoon and morning practices

Assist in the coaching of our Junior Swim Program

Meets

Assist in meet set up

Use your heat sheet to make sure kids are in the right lane/heat before they swim

Be present and visible at the end of each lane

Make sure kids have events written on their hands

Attendance once kids arrive

Encourage kids as they are swimming

Other Duties:

Attend social events and end of season banquet

You will be responsible for any other duties as deemed necessary by the Aquatic Program Manager or the Head Coach.
