The Branches are looking for Assistant Coaches for the Summer 2016 season to join our great team! Coaching candidates should be available for the duration of the season (mid May-July 2). May practices take place after school (4:30-7:30). After Memorial Day morning practices are (8:30-11:30) and two afternoons (6:00-7:30). Coaches should have prior coaching experience must and be able to provide their own transportation to/from practices and meets.
The Alpharetta High School Swim Team is looking for a Community Coach who is passionate about coaching high school age athletes to reach their full potential, which requires patience and dedication to the athletes. The position entails coaching practices for 1.5 hours 4 nights a week from 8:30 pm -10 pm. Off the deck time is spent using Hytek to set up entries for meets, communicating with parents and athletes about meets, practices and expectations. Strong communication skills needed to work with Fulton County representative, Booster Club Board and volunteers. Most meets are held on Saturdays and can last 3 to 8 hrs. The Glastonberry Gators are looking for assistant coaches for the 2017 Summer season! We are looking for coaches that exhibit leadership, maturity, encouragement and enthusiasm. The Glen Abbey Gator Swim Team is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Head Coach.
The team is a 100+ member competitive summer league swim team located in Alpharetta, Georgia. The 2017 swim season will be the team’s 19th season competing in the Atlanta Swim Association Swim League. The Gators have a wide variety of swimmers ranging from beginner to advanced (ages 4-18).
We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Assistant Head Coach with an interest in inspiring our athletes to reach their maximum potential both as individuals and as part of a team. The Assistant Head Coach will work closely with the Head Coach to build a sense of community for all participants, instilling our core values of bringing fun, joy and meaning to our team.
Duties will include, but are not limited to: Assisting the Head Coach as needed, developing practice plans and instructing all levels of swimmers on proper stroke technique and swim drills during daily practice, teaching and mentoring junior coaches, assisting with weekly line-up development, attending all regularly scheduled practices Monday through Friday (May 15th through July 2nd), attending all scheduled weekend or weekday swim meets, participating in team building and social activities, attending all ASA League meetings.

The team swims out of the pool in the Neely Farm subdivision located near Holcomb Bridge Road and Spalding Drive in Peachtree Corners. Resumes will be considered on a rolling basis but should be submitted before February 15, 2017.

We are looking for an energetic, passionate and qualified coach with a long term interest in inspiring our swimmers to reach their maximum potential both as individuals and as part of a team. This person will display a passion for the sport of swimming as well as working with children, building a sense of community for all participants, instilling our core values of bringing fun, joy and meaning to our team. They will promote a positive and fun swimming experience while maintaining a healthy balance of stroke refinement and training for individual success. They will exhibit strong communication skills both written and verbal and an ability to form professional partnerships with the swimmers, parents, coaching staff and the Smoke Rise Sharks Board. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of the technical aspects of swimming and a proven ability to coach. They will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to serve as a mentor to junior coaching staff. They must also display strong organizational and administrative skills. Candidates need to be certified in CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard/Coach Safety Training. A background check will be performed.

Haynes Landing Hurricanes is looking for Assistant Coaches for the Summer 2017 Swim Season. Coaches should be available for the the whole swim season ( Mid-May -July 2), for every swim meet, and for every practice. Coaches should have prior experience instructing swimmers.
Goal: The Garden Hills Dive Team is an organization that provides a safe and relaxed environment for children to experience the exciting sport of diving. Teaching children safety and confidence on a 1m spring board are the main goals of the program.
Need: 1 or 2 dive team coaching staff. Should 1 individual take on the role of 2 a salary adjustment will be discussed.
Overview: The role of the Garden Hills Pool Dive Coach is to teaching children safety and confidence on a 1m spring board. Coach(s) qualified will be familiar with the ADA rules and regulations. Coach(s) will teach how and why to hurdle, jump and dive using the correct form. The Coach(s) will facilitate practice and organize and coach divers at meets. Preparation for meets requires identifying who will attend the meet, completing the divers paperwork prior to the start of the meet, pulling any absent divers from the list prior to a meet, lining up the children for competition and providing constructive, motivational messages to the divers. The coach(s) will collaborate with the Dive Team Mom regarding communication to the diver’s parents and facilities management as well as, schedules, line-ups and end of season party. The team mom will be the coaches support network.

Brookfield Country Club is in immediate need for both a Head Coach and Assistant Head Coach for the upcoming 2017 Summer Swim Team Season. Prior experience is a must and history with coaching for an ASA team is a BIG plus! Felxible availability to offer private swim lessons outside of swim team practices/meets are strongly encouraged.
Our Brookfield Barracudas consist of between 100-120 of the best kids you will ever coach. Not only are you a coach and mentor to encourage children of all ages in swimming, you will also be their idol they look up to. Kids are often a congruent reflection of their parents, so you can expect to have a great support system for the season.
Prepare to jump in the pool on Tuesday, May 9. If the weather looks a little rough or if the pool temperature faces a threat to turn the kids into icicles upon entry, then the practice start date will begin on Monday, May 15.
Practices will continue to run Monday - Friday with swimmers ages 8 & under practicing from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. and the 9 & ups from 5:45 - 6:45 p.m. Afternoon practice will continue to run Monday - Friday with Wednesday, May 24 being the last day of afternoon practices. There will be no practice on Thursday, May 25 (Fulton County's Last Day of School), Friday, May 26 (for our pool open celebration weekend) and Monday, May 29 (Memorial Day).
Once school is out for the summer, we switch to morning practices and begin our PreTeam Program. Our PreTeam program is geared for those little ones who are not quite ready to be on Swim Team but are working to improve to move up in the next year's season. PreTeam practice runs Monday - Friday from 8 - 8:30 a.m. After PreTeam practice, Swim Team practice begins with the 8 & unders practicing from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. and swimmers 9 & up practicing from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m.
The final day of Swim Team practice for the 2017 season will be on the day the last meet falls on. The day after the last meet we will have our awards ceremony and hand out awards. Then GA Tech will wrap up the season!

Our previous year's Swim Team Head Coach and Assistant Head Coach have been on board with us for the past 7 seasons, so let that serve as us being one of the best teams in the Atlanta area to work for.
